We often have seen or read posts, with the thought that someone is asking they believe will affirm their beliefs they were not given the value they paid for. The question, “should I be upset because I paid (to them a significant amount of money)!” Often the answer is absolutely not. In some cases, I would say they got better value than reasonable. In many other cases they should be thankful, for what is to cheap for me, their car is not damaged.
As I have become more involved in business I can confidently say more times than not, consumer expectations are unreasonable. Professional detailing is a luxury service not intended to be affordable for everyone. It is not this way to offend anyone, it is because the demands to run a legitimate business and be meticulous around numerous unique car parts is expensive. This business is expensive to operate.
